Apply for Use of a Meeting Room

• The Alsip-Merrionette Park Library provides meeting rooms as a limited public forum to support our informational, educational and recreational mission, as space is available.
• Rooms may be only reserved by District residents with a library card in good standing, and that person must be present the day of the meeting, according to the library's Meeting Room policy.
• Submitting a meeting room request is not a guarantee of use of the room.
• To be considered, please fill out our Meeting Room Application and submit to our Library Director, Sarah Cottonaro.
• Applications may be submitted at any Library service desk or through email to scottonaro (at) alsiplibrary.info
• For consideration, applications should be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to requested date.
